FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITIES

We are making available franchises of our small business advice network in the South East of England on a very beneficial basis.

To qualify for a franchise you must hold a recognised legal or accountancy qualification and have relevant experience in the non-contentious or small business field.

We ask for such experience because we are only presently offering franchises to those with a proven ability to use the analytic and communications skills which are at the core of the product. We are looking for lawyers and accountants who have previously been in private practice. We seek those who are capable of empathising with the client and who have experienced real life problems similar to those they will help.

We want to make our products and services available to those who need them as soon as we can and for this reason, we are offering franchises on exceptional terms. A small deposit will be required and the balance of the franchise fee can be paid over a 12 month period without interest.

FRANCHISEE QUALIFICATIONS

You must have been qualified as a solicitor, licenced conveyancer or fully or legal executive or hold a recognised accountancy qualification for a period of at least 5 years.

You must have had at least 3 years experience in a High Street practice.

You must be able to demonstrate a high level of achievement and the ability to manage a fee income in excess of Ł150,000 per annum.

You must have exceptional inter-personal skills and the ability to perform rapid analysis of complex situations. You must be capable of demonstraiting this in a 5 hour exam.
